I’m Julia Simpson: a Spiritual Life Coach and the founder of Intentionally Focused (I.F.) I am also a single mother, avid Christ-follower, an author, a true entrepreneur and a Pacific Northwest native that’s here to help YOU uncover your hidden God-given potential & your identity as a daughter of God.

 
 

Why Am I a Life Coach?

For as long as I can remember, I knew God had placed a specific Calling on my life, an internal drive to see the good in others and want better for them; a servant's heart to counsel and coach them. This specific Calling included being a faithful Christ-follower, becoming a mother, and helping others through turbulent times. 

As I was finishing my bachelor's degree, there was a heavy shift in our society through Covid and politics, my convictions only grew and I knew that my goal to become a guidance counselor was no longer aligned with the calling on my life. Once again I was in fervent prayer and I heard the Lord say ‘life coaching’ - it was in that ah-ha moment, everything clicked.

As I continued forward, God placed it on my heart to be a light and resource to women across the globe, and that is why I started the Intentionally Focused movement; to come alongside women to restore their true authentic identify to be the daughters of God they were created to be. And He continues to shape this ministry and my calling to be a Kingdom Builder, helping men and women of God to use their talents & gifts for His purpose in their lives.

Now, I get to come alongside my brothers and sisters in Christ about their goals, aspirations, and individual faith walks to support them as a transparent and authentic life coach, and know that this is just the beginning

What’s My Story?

My life has been a journey, but the biggest life shift of my life was in 2014 when I was in two collisions within a week followed by a cancer diagnosis. I went from having my life together and pursuing my passions and was in the process of house shopping as a first time home buyer. But in a moment, everything changed. I had to relearn my body, fight against a medical system, fight for my future and ultimately completely surrender to God. 

I quickly learned that life can change in a flash, your health can deteriorate in a blink,  and your best intentions regarding higher education can also become a major hindrance to your spiritual, mental, and financial health. 

But deeper than that, I found myself again and rediscovered my spiritual talents, refocused my passions to help others  and made things happen out of something the enemy meant to destroy me to something more incredible…

I learned that life coaching was discipleship in which is lacking in the church setting and that everything that I have experienced in my life could be used for something greater than I could imagined and help equip me to come alongside so many other amazing women & hear their testimonies.

I freely share my testimony to help you gain the right mindset and tools needed to get focused and take steps to achieve the life you were called to live.

Through my own life experiences and educational background, I hope my forward-focused, grace-filled approach is encouraging and liberating and allows you to accept where you’ve been while moving forward with excitement for your future and the peace of God. I believe that we have two choices in this life, to own our life and grow from it, or let our life own us which leads to given in & given up.  And God created us for such much more.
